The Education and Development Department at Rady Children’s provides education, information, training and consultation. CE contact hours are available for most courses through Education and Development, as approved through the Board of Registered Nursing or Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Center for Innovative Learning
Located in Building 28 on the Rady Children’s Hospital campus, the Center for Innovative Learning offers classes for certification and simulation training.
Simulation-based training enables hospital staff and providers to practice and train to improve performance. It has become a powerful method to increase safety in healthcare practices and develop learning experiences with emphasis on teamwork.
