Dr. Gemmie S. Devera grew up in San Diego. She graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in General Biology, earned a Master of Science and Master of Public Health from Touro University - California, and completed both medical school and Pediatrics Residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She finished her Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at University of Rochester in New York and is excited to return home to serve her community.
She loves figure skating, playing the piano, and going to the beach. She also speaks Spanish.
