Collection Instructions

Collect Monday-Thursday 0900-before 1300 only, no weekends or holidays. 1-4 mL whole blood in ACD Solution B (yellow-top tube) from a healthy donor unrelated to the patient is also required to drawn at the same time as the patient sample to run in parallel with the patient's specimen. The outermost label of the tube must be clearly labeled as "Transport Control".

Processing Instructions
