Whole blood collected in an ACD Solution A/B (yellow-top), sodium heparin (green-top), lithium heparin (green-top) tube or 4 Buccal swabs is also acceptable. Pediatric Volume: 0-1 Year: 3 mL; 1-5 Years: 5 mL; 5-10 Years: 7 mL; >10 Years: 14 mL.
